We loved our time at this property. We were able to spread out between the three houses, use the beautiful infinity pool, sit around the larger fire pit and watch the sun set every night, and then move to the deck and cozy up on the outdoor couches. Dale has thought of EVERYTHING to make the outdoors an absolute oasis. You can walk down to the boat dock or drive, fish in the lake, float, swim across to the island, kayak, etc. There is wildlife everywhere, and hummingbirds to keep you company morning and night. We stayed "home" every day, except our last day, when we rented a boat to enjoy the lake. It is wonderful to come and stay put, and truly enjoy what you've paid for. The check out process was a breeze, and made leaving super easy. Dale, thank you for such wonderful hospitality, sharing your property, great communication, and creating a beautiful paradise. We will be back!

Our stay was nothing less than awesome! We had a comfortable sleep each night, had all the fantastic amenities needed to enjoy a cabin experience for those who are more glamping than camping. We rented a boat and enjoyed the private dock with a beautiful, picturesque cove right around the bend. The backyard is 100% why you rent this property. There's space galore, gorgeous landscaping, a sparkling pool, TWO fire pits, and the gorgeous sunset over the lake. We had a chirping fire alarm decide to tell us the battery was ready for a refresh and Dale was so responsive. We will definitely be back and we have referred three friends already!

The Sunset Villas was just as advertised. It is a great "compound" with the three separate house/cabins. This set up worked perfectly for three family units. The views of the lake and sunset are spectacular - especially from the infinity pool! We also loved the large outdoor table where we gathered for every one of our meals. The location is perfect - 10 min drive to Lago Vista for groceries and a couple of dining options. Marble Falls only 30 minutes away, Flat Creek Winery only 10 minutes away as well (this made for a perfect meeting place before check-in time). Thanks you Dale for making your house available to us!

Perfect for three families wanting to spend time together safely during these crazy times! The ranch house and two cabins worked perfectly for us. The pontoon we rented could be docked down the hill at the private dock. (A good workout!) The view was incredible. The kids and adults loved the infinity edge pool! Thanks!

We had our annual employee appreciation gathering at this property, and everyone loved it. My most favorite part is the amazing view, I miss it already. Dale was super friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any question or request. This property has it all and can easily accommodate big groups. Truly amazing!

We spent a great couple of nights on this amazing property with a group of around 20 adults and children. Very spacious, greatly furnished, beautifully designed internally and externally. The view from the property to outside is just phenomenal, something I never got tired of. We rented all three cabins consisting of eight bedrooms and it gave us all the things we needed, from furnitures to beds to all kitchen accessories and equipment to the sound system with a vast-range reach. I honestly cannot list all the equipment and accessories available to use on the property, facilitate a very comfortable stay. Dale is a very respectful and respectable owner. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you Dale!

1st off, the location is amazing but even better than that, the property manager and owner went above and beyond to make sure the stay was epic. They were quick to respond and help with any questions... even at 10pm and even on a Saturday. I really can't say enough about this location and the pics just don't do it justice. One last thing, the sound system that was all over the entire backyard was a huge win. We turned on a favorite playlist and had good tunes all weekend, whether we were sitting by the fire pit or playing basketball in the pool. Just an EPIC place to hang!! Will be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villa. The main home was lovely, beds (1 queen and 1 King) were very comfortable! The electric fireplace, shared by the master suite and the living room was great. The slightly smaller cabin (2 bedrooms with two queen beds plus a loft with a queen bed) was also great. Both were very well decorated and stocked. This isn’t a handicapped or toddler friendly location due to very steep and wobbly rock steps leading to pool. You can take a longer and more level route, however. The photos on the website show the beauty of the property. We enjoyed every minute!!
